With a steadfast commitment to quality, they use fresh, unhomogenised sheep milk, collected daily from their own flock. This milk is then cultured and pot-set directly at the farm’s dairy, ensuring a true farmhouse product. Adhering to traditional Greek-style methods, and enriched with beneficial Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Thermophilus bacteria, the result is a naturally thick, creamy, and pure yoghurt, thoughtfully made without the addition of thickeners, preservatives, powders, or sweeteners.
