Frozberries is a NSW-based supplier of frozen fruits, veggie mixes, purees, chilled dairy, honey, bakery products and pantry essentials. We offer both organic and conventional ranges across Frozen, Chilled and Dry categories.

We started in 2016 with a mission to provide nutritious, affordable and transparent frozen & chilled food options. In 2023, Frozberries expanded online, now delivering across Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Canberra.

We source globally and locally from trusted growers in Australia, Peru, Vietnam, China, Europe, Turkey & Canada. We offer organic and conventional options to suit every preference.

Supporting Australian growers is core to our business. We source local strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, honey and bakery items directly from Aussie farmers to strengthen local supply chains.

All frozen items are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) to lock in freshness, flavour and nutrition. We follow strict Australian food safety standards, batch testing and temperature-controlled logistics.

We use refrigerated vehicles and temperature-controlled storage from warehouse to doorstep, ensuring your products stay frozen, fresh and safe.

We use food-grade packaging that meets Australian standards. All items are packed in hygienic environments to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity.

Frozen: Berries, fruits, veggies, purees, bakery, desserts.
Chilled: Milk, butter, yoghurt, cheese, dips, tofu, drinks.
Dry: Honey, grains, pasta, powders, syrups.

Organic Packs: 350g, 400g, 500g, 600g, 1kg (8–12 per box)
Conventional Packs: 400g–1kg (10–12 per box)
Purees: Always 12 per box.

Frozen: 8–12 months unopened; 1 month after opening (sealed well).
Chilled dairy: 7–14 days refrigerated.
Honey: Indefinite shelf life.
Dry goods: Months to years when stored properly.

Organic = Certified, chemical-free, GMO-free.
Conventional = Traditional farming, more affordable.
Both meet Australian food safety standards.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. Buy Now Pay Later services like Afterpay are not available yet.

Yes — all payments are processed via ANZ’s secure Mastercard/Visa gateway. We never store customer card details. All transactions use bank-grade encryption and security.

Please place your order at least 1 hour before arriving.

If anything arrives damaged, spoiled or not frozen as expected, contact us within the delivery day. We will assess the issue and offer a refund, credit or replacement depending on the situation.

A quick photo helps us resolve it fast.

Yes — refunds are offered for genuine quality issues when reported within a few hours of delivery. We can also provide store credit or replacement on the next available delivery run.

Yes — if you contact us quickly. If the order is not yet packed or dispatched, we can update or cancel it.

If the truck has already left, changes may not be possible.

Yes — Frozberries uses YITH Points & Rewards. You earn points on every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
